I don't know what the market is like in KS, but $50 grand won't even cover the cost of the lot here. The price differences around the country are so interesting to me, it is amazing to see the prices from the Midwest and south compared to the east coast and west coast.

This house is junk! Most likely who ever buys it will knock it down & being across from commercial doesn't help me much. Oh well, a some price, EVERYTHING will sell. We'll just have to find that price.
