What is artwork? It is the passion of the artist come to life. It is heart and soul, future and past, definitely the present. Throwing caution to the wind and putting yourself out for everyone to see.
I have always believed that real estate is my artwork. Everything from putting the fish tank in my wall and the finished project of a flip to the structure of a deal or the negotiation of the seller. Until now, I have made $25k on an assignment, renovated an entire apartment complex, manage property, and flipped properties and I feel that I am generally moving into the next step and am not sure where that is. I imagine adding people to the equation to drastically improve production.
I just wanted to blog about what means most to me and that I feel truly blessed to be able to follow this path that has so evidently been laid before me. Almost daily, I feel that I am given another piece of the puzzle of achieving my dreams and I just do. I hope that if you do not have this, you will one day soon.
