Congrats on your fast accepted offer!  I have a similar property with 2.6 acres but is $200,000 down here in Kansas just 10 minutes from Lawrence and five minutes from Baldwin.  While it didn't sell in 4 days, my anticipated sale date is 4 1/2 months based on stats of buyers for this type of property and lack of comparables.

Way to go younger brother!

That one is really cool for sure!

My favorite is the one with the ducks on the water.  The rolling waves, the details of the ducks, etc. are nothing short of breathtaking!  I saw the "Real McCoy" in his studio.  I was awestruck!
