Sea Isle City Weekly Homes Sold and Under Contract for February 14 to 21

  6804 Landis North, Sea Isle City, sold for $550,000 (asking price of $575,000)  on 2/20/09

  4114 Central Avenue, Unit 210 sold for $222,000 on 2/17/09.  The asking price was $265,000.

There were seven listings that went "under contract" this past week bringing the current total to 24 properties "under contract".
