I hit the Jack Pot today by having a Growth Leader website

Within the last 24 hours, Growth leader has provided me with 3 leads. Two of the leads had only email addresses, but the third lead had a working phone number. About 15 minutes after this lead was emailed to me, I called the client and asked her if I could help her with her home search. She said yes and that she was looking for a home in the Buffalo Grove or Arlington Heights area, and that she would need assistance.
I explained to her why it was a wonderful time for a first time buyer to purchase a home. I explained to her that interest rates were low, house values were the lowest they have been in 5 years, and information regarding the first time home buyer credit. She never even heard of the credit. I will definately send her information about the credit iin a subsequent email. INicole Lahti, Austin Texas Mortgage (Real Mortgage Partners): wrote the most comprehensive post about the new credit that I have read anywhere. Everyone will understand the mechanics of the credit the way she worte the post!
This new client needs to buy a home before June 30th. Ok I can handle that!
I asked her then if she knew what she would qualify for in terms of buying a home and she answered no... I followed up with a an email to Larry Bettag, Cherry Creek Mortgagewith her information. I'm sure by now he has explained to her how much she could spend on a home and that he has already won her over. Larry has a charming personality, and is passionate about what he does.
