Congrats! who would have thought 12 years ago as we were still printing Listing Books that this would be available in 12years. I would have argued it as  some one who has a great imagination. Now today if you do not have all this you are behind the power curve.

You got that right Endre. By the way I was with CB many years ago in Michigan, now in Panama. Have you seen these Casa Latino Real Estate people? They went from a handful to almost 100 offices in 2 years, not bad since its probably the worst 2 years to grow a chain. I have asked them to share with me Panama franchise information. They seem first class and i hear great things about them all the way here in central america. Best to you and the rest at CB (Beverly Hills, WOW!)
