...is not at easy as it seems. I'll say that half of them have refused actually! Which is VERY surprising for me. I can't wait another agent asking me to advertise my listings actually.
When I ask the reason for a no, all of them are actually not sure themselves. It seems they afraid to make a mistake, or maybe there is a trick they don't know. But whatever happens, they get a commission anyway. So, I still don't get it.
Some even told me that I need their authorization in writing, making sure I'm not going to do it in their back!!
Well, I did it anyway: I put IDX/MLS on my site. Their listings show up on a daily basis right there!!!
So, guys, if you want to promote my listings worldwide, go for it, I won't charge you...
