We are looking at creating a professional networking group with primary home agents in the Tri-State area that have clients looking to purchase vacation homes but do not have a networking in the Poconos to work with. Having the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Designation which is offered by the National Association of Realtors® and is specific to the 2nd home market we feel there is a void of buyers in the 500K plus price point. We are looking at creating a professional networking group that can help each other with tools & idea sharing to help us succeed and grow our niche market business and bridge that gap.
