For me it was going through the classes. I hate school. Always have. Although I love education. So figure that one out.

Hardest.
It's a tie between getting out of bed or brushing my teeth before taking the test. There is such a volume at sample tests that anyone walking into the test room lacking confidence is practicing foolery.
Ten years from now you too will understand the licensing test is the easiest of hurdles that exist between you and success in real estate.
You really need to get my "5 Steps Before Real Estate School:Breaking the Failure Process" book for a heads up regarding what lies in wait.
What you do next is what "Breaking the Failure Process" is all about.

The licensing part is the easiest part. Running your business for profit takes lots of hard work and time.

For me it was passing the test. I studied studied and studied and took the crash course. I wanted to pass the first time and I did.
Side note, keep focuced on the classes and the test. Selling real estate and getting licensed aren't the same thing. Don't worry about the hows of how to sell now.

It shouldn't be very hard. Easier to get licensed than it is to make a living doing it.
