Never heard of them. The way I see it you put your listing on MLS with a great description & professional photos- that would be enough to sell it. But I will advertise you on every real estate website I know of & on all social media sites as well. Prospect new listings, however you do it. Beyond that, what do you really need to pay these services for? And mortgage brokers, they need us, the Realtors. Good ones you are loyal to will just give you the business. Big waste of money if you ask me.

I have not heard of the company.  My lending partner and I use a different program for co-marketing.  My advice ... watch your wallet.

No up swing in marketing with a Realtor, and they won't want to pay $25 a month. You have to enter YOUR old clients to get the phone to ring, and you need a big data base. Clients want to see their current value, in turn you can call them when they are on there at night 9 times.  You will not get 1-2 deals

Helping You Make Fiscally Sound Choices

I just signed up at the recommendation of my broker who is having lots of success with it. The key is adding your past client and current prospects. He even closed a deal with a guy who had previously used another agent.

It has to be sponsored by a lender (they will pay $25/month and you will too) and if you watch the intro video on their website, you will get a coupon code to waive the setup fee.

I am just getting started, so I don't have any personal success stories, but it is a solid tool and a great way to stay in front of your audience AND bring them value.

It's a no brainer to me. The question is would you pay $300 per year to bring more value to your clients? The answer should be yes. And if you close just one deal, or even made a referral for one deal it would more than pay for itself.

Two things raise a red flag for me.

#1, it is focused on repeat business...those I aready know. Does not EVERY agent have more 'stay in touch' tools than they can use efficiently?

#2. And this is the biggie.

Anytime a marketer justifies the cost with words that sound like "1 or 2 incremental sales and it pays for itself" the product is value bankrupt.

I suggest that you beg, borrow or steal and open house opportunity and purpose it for market research. Invest the intellectual energy to create a survey that identifies  the tools, information or service the consumer wants but can not find. (The word is find, not exist)

Create THAT solution and keep the $200 to buy coffee, dough-nuts and tangible assetes of value. Just think about it. $1,200 to engage strangers.

Those who tend to see products like HOMBOT as a solution are those who want Things Done For Them. If your time is limited and you find yourself to be a DFY consumer, Homebot may work for you. However, it is my perception via #1 and #2, that they are marketing to the desperate real estate agent.
