Its predecessor is the Sun City Grand Azalea which, at just under 1500 s.f., was introduced in the last phase and became an instant success. We've all heard the stories. Buy a home in Buckeye for $90,000, $80,000, even $70,000! How easy is it? Well, that all depends. Usually cash offers for homes in Sundance always trumps any other type of offer. If you're financing, that's OK too. We just need to be conscious of the condition of the house.
