Thanks Active Rain Another Closing from a post on Active Rain     Last Tuesday we closed on a new construction residential home in West Baton Rouge. The buyer found a post last October. We placed his previous home on the market in January. Four days later we were under contract. We should close the listing next week. Tuesday closing was on his new purchase.    My client found a post on Active Rain and called me instead of a family member who is in the business.
