When You First Talk To Them They Tell You What They Want... Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Garage, Basement, Lot Size, etc. You Make The Appointments Then Off You Go. The First Day Really Is About Getting To Know Your Clients. If You Sell Them A Home First Time Out Of The Gate Of Course That Is A Plus. We Go To That First Home And Do You Listen To What They Have To Say Or Do You Watch Their Expressions? I Have Learned A Lot By Just Being There In The Same Room.
