I am Director of the Commercial Division for Century 21 Clemens & Sons, the largest and most productive Century 21 franchise in Central Connecticut. I am the top producing agent in the company and consistently rank in the top 50 Century 21 agents in all of New England. I have recently completed the CCIM course work and am getting ready to submit my portfolio of Commercial transactions and take the final exam. In addition to my commercial work, I continue to work in higher end residential properties working with Sellers who have homes over $ 500,000 and Buyers who are looking for homes over $ 750,000.
