Yes, the market has been scary but I believe we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! The foreclosures and short sales may have reached the worst level and from this point on we may see an improvement in sales activity. Buyers are beginning to realize that this is the time to buy, that there may still be a decline in prices but not as significant as it has been in the last couple of years.
