The Phoenix Zoo is a great place to visit anytime of the year.  Yes, even in the summer.  But my favorite is now. The annual Zoo Lights gets under way today and lasts through Jan. 6.  Every year, the wildlife at the Phoenix Zoo gives way to wild lights! This year, ZooLights celebrates with 3.6 million lights and more than 700 glimmering light displays. It is a wondrous display, so get out and enjoy one of the largest holiday light shows in the country.

The Cromford Report, the Phoenix market area's most well regarded statistical source showed the following basic data for September:
 
 
Sales volumes dropped in September while supply failed to decline for the first time since December 2010. To compensate we saw positive pricing movement for the first time since the second quarter.
Looking into the ARMLS data across all areas and types we see the following:
