HomePath Financing What is HomePath Financing- Homepath Financing is a product of Fannie Mae that was designed to sell selected foreclosed properties faster by offering attractive financing terms to buyers. Fannie Mae is a Government Agency that buys mortgages from lenders. As a result; lenders have a source of funds to tap into and re-loan.
