In Minnesota real estate agents are licensed to work anywhere in the state but I firmly believe that to truly represent a client a good agent must have an understanding of not only the property but also the area where the property is located. Since I live and work in west central Minnesota I am certain I cannot go to the north shore along Lake Superior nor could I go to the Twin Cities and represent a buyer or seller. Each county has different zoning regulations and laws. Each town or city has a capital improvement plan. Short term and longer term (1 comments)
