Fort Vancouver 4th of July Fireworks Display For 46 years Clark County has celebrated 4th of July at Fort Vancouver National Site. It had been canceled for the 2009 event because of limited funding. It was a sad 2009 4th of July without the dynamic fireworks display. This year will include a small nominal fee to help offset the costs of such a huge community event. This huge event is a favorite and it's a "picnic in the park" for thousands and thousands of people.
