In Granada Hills this past weeek, we saw 15 homes sold. They were priced from $440,000 - $1,937,500 - with an avergae price of $646,827.... The size ranged from 1024sf -7530sf... These homes were built between 1928 and 2005. Lastly, the days on the market ranged from 8-174, with the average time on market being 75 days.

They range in size from 1354sf - 1974sf, although the lots range form 7112sf - 283,609sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 33 and 57 days, with an average selling time of 47 days. So in Granada Hills in the past week,5 homes sold, from $417,000 - $594,900; age of homes from 1954-1959; size 1346sf -1918sf; and days on the market: 29-101.
