If you're asking yourself if now is a good time to buy a home....the low interest-rates alone will tell you that it's a GREAT time to buy a home (especially with looming rental rates on the rise, and projected to rise even more in 2013!). However, what you can get for the same price-range in each area differs DRASTICALLY. Sometimes, a lower price doesn't mean you necessarily get "more for your money". Whether it's an exemplary school district in North Texas, land, or being close to night life and entertainment...the question is-"Which area is right for YOU?".
