I'm not terribly fancy. I'm certainly not pretentious. But... I've been cared for over the years. I can offer enough space without breaking the bank paying utility bills. I have a nice yard, but it won't take all day to mow my grass. My owner is willing to look at all offers. He is the only owner, and thankfully, is not in distress! No short sale or foreclosure at this location! I'm close to the schools and the local hospital. If you work here in Jefferson County or even in Maryland or Northern Virginia, Ranson is a good place to come home … (2 comments)

I'm so cute! Not to make any of the other ranchers out there jealous or anything, but really I am just adorable! And I am looking for some new owners! My current family has plans to move, so I could be your new home! You'll love my floorplan with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 full baths plus my fenced in backyard. Today was a typical busy Monday in so many ways. Phone calls, emails, people in and out of the office, etc. But this afternoon, I got to do something I haven't done for a long time...show property to REAL LIVE buyers!!! A lovely couple relocating to my area called a couple of weeks ago. We've been phoning and emailing since, but today I met them for the first time. And, lo and behold, they want to buy a home here! Not an investment property, not a flip property, not a killer deal on a foreclosure or short sale, just a regular house … (5 comments)
