31 Days of December Challenge Day 9 Today was certainly a busy day in real estate. Started the day answering voice mail and email from clients and customers. Heard from a past client living in Milwaukee on the edge of Wauwatosa, caught up with her on her current life. She had a flood over the summer and we hadn’t touched base since July. She has a new dog to keep her company. She is looking forward to the holidays. Elaine is one nice lady and I am happy to be her Realtor ® and friend!

Days 5,6,7 and 8 Of Active Rain 31 Days of December Challenge. To keep business at a maximum we are challenging one another to do business every day of December. Here's a few things I've done in the past few days.... On Sunday, Day 5 of our challenge - set up appts to show duplex foreclosures to a client. Answered calls to several buyers on my listings. Another great day to enjoy at the Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis Wisconsin. There are specials every day at the Wisconsin State Fair. On Tuesday the Wisconsin State Fair Specials are for grazin' on the different tidbits of food as you enjoy the Fair.

Boat Show to start Jan. 16 at the Expo Center at the Wisconsin State Fair Park
More than 400 boats from more than 100 manufacturers and 20 dealers will be on display, ranging from kayaks to yachts. Great food, fun atmosphere! I spent the last 2 days at the Wisconsin State Fair. What a great time to be had by all! Many livestock shows like this: Percheron Draft Horses showing in the Horse Barn Specials on Sat and Sunday- Dairy Goats Hereford Beef Cattle, Holsteins Mopre Percheron and Belgian Draft Horses, Poulty and Rabbits, Swine
Main Stage on Saturday - see the Charlie Daniels Band with .38 Special and Shooter Jennings Main Stage on Sunday - the 40th Anniversary Kids from Wisconsin Reunion show. Come on out to the State Fair! For more info see www.wistatefair.com

There is just nothing like the Wisconsin State Fair. This year will be no different. Come out for a good time. There is music, food, livestock, carnival rides and tents, fun for the whole family, and much more. I never miss the State Fair. My favorites at the fair are: Taking in a show at the Grandstand. This year I will see Josh Turner. In years past Alan Jackson was my favorite. Alan doesn't make it to Wisconsin much these days! The main acts in the evening are crowd pleasers.
