31 Days of December Challenge

Services for Real Estate Pros

Days 5,6,7 and 8 Of Active Rain 31 Days of December Challenge.  To keep business at a maximum we are challenging one another to do business every day of December.  Here's a few things I've done in the  past few days....

On Sunday, Day 5 of our challenge - set up appts to show duplex foreclosures to a client.  Answered calls to several buyers on my listings.

On Monday, Day 6 of our challenge -  In addition to normal work....  working all day! Showed a foreclosure in West Allis - Rough shape for sure! Here's a shot of the kitchen celing - what's left of it!Water damage in Foreclosure

On Tuesday, Day 7 of our challenge - Started out in the morning showing my listing in Brookfield to a transferee couple. In the afternoon listed a condo in Pewaukee.

On Wednesday, Day 8 of our challenge - In addition to normal phone calls, answering email, etc. Showed condos in Brookfield to clients.  VERY cold day to be out showing homes.  The wind has really picked up and we hit a whopping 17 degrees for a high today!

Storms are coming in tomorrow, I will be starting the day early so I can be off the roads for the icy, snowy stuff!.

April, I have been complaining because we were in the high 40's low 50's.  I guess your weather puts things in perspective.  Up until the last 14 years I lived in climates where I had to deal with driving in snow and ice; be careful tomorow.

HI Lou, I seem to be extra busy right now!

Marchel - It's easy to forget that cold and snowy weather isn't it?

Bill - glad to hear you're busy too!

Kathleen - yeah, just a bit rough, ha ha ha!  I noticed a tag on a photo of a house with about 1/4 of the wall covered with mold and the tag said "discoloration" - I thought that comment was quite creative!

Tammy - Yeah, it's not falling apart like th ceiling was!  What a mess the place was.  Such a shame.
