Days 5,6,7 and 8 Of Active Rain 31 Days of December Challenge. To keep business at a maximum we are challenging one another to do business every day of December. Here's a few things I've done in the past few days....
On Sunday, Day 5 of our challenge - set up appts to show duplex foreclosures to a client. Answered calls to several buyers on my listings.
On Monday, Day 6 of our challenge - In addition to normal work.... working all day! Showed a foreclosure in West Allis - Rough shape for sure! Here's a shot of the kitchen celing - what's left of it!
On Tuesday, Day 7 of our challenge - Started out in the morning showing my listing in Brookfield to a transferee couple. In the afternoon listed a condo in Pewaukee.
On Wednesday, Day 8 of our challenge - In addition to normal phone calls, answering email, etc. Showed condos in Brookfield to clients. VERY cold day to be out showing homes. The wind has really picked up and we hit a whopping 17 degrees for a high today!
Storms are coming in tomorrow, I will be starting the day early so I can be off the roads for the icy, snowy stuff!.
