The real estate market is really hard right now. Listings are hard to get and buyers are struggling to get a deal. Agents are seemingly working twice as hard and getting less for their work. Vendors are stretched causing delays and heartburn. Panama City Beach is an incredible place for people looking to buy condos for pennys on the dollar. There are a ton of short sales as well as foreclosures AND there are still people willing to sell at short sale prices - without having to be a short sale. No waiting for a Condo deal. There is no question that Panama City Beach Short Sales are a great way to get unbelievable deals on condos at the beach BUT they are not the only way.
