Do you view your MLS listings the way a potential client would? If you don't, you should! My morning chuckle was a new listing for a custom home on 1.25 acres. Everything about the written description said WOW. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, lots of tile, jacuzzi tub, custom cabinets and upgrades - this I have to see. So I go to the pictures. And what pops up as the first picture...not the front elevation like you'd expect. A chicken coop. No, not this exact chicken coop but you get the point!! It hardly qualifies as a custom home.

Sometimes when it rains, it pours! Saturday afternoon, I'm sitting at the Real Estate office. I was on floor and was about to call it a day. My husband called to tell me the roof of the garage blew off. Honestly, I thought he was being silly. (He likes to do that occasionally and tell overly tall tales - like it rained so much the cars floated away) OK, so the roof blew off - what else?
