Yesterday while showing my buyers a home in Yucaipa CA, we came across several visitors in the yard. First we heard chickens clucking and there was a group of 5 or 6 just on the other side of the fence. Then here walks up a big rooster on our side of the fence. My buyers thought it was a great feature and did not see it as a problem. Of course, I ran out to get my phone and take a few photos. Chuck-Chuck- and Cockadoodle-Do!
