Springfield Lakes Market Update/Comps August 2012 Chandler, Arizona There have not been a lot of sales in the past couple of months in Springfield Lakes, but there also haven't been a lot of homes on the market either. There have been 2 homes at 1525 sq. ft. that sold for $170,000 and $180,000. There was one home at 1838 sq. ft. that sold for $235,000 on the golf course. One home at 2,054 sq. ft. that sold for $209,500 and 2 homes at 2170 sq. ft. that sold for $183,000 and $190,000. So, the homes are still reasonably priced for buyers … (0 comments)
