In recent months, several AZ Real Estate Agents have been approached by a guy named Mike Kolic of Girard, OH. In all cases, he tells the agents that he recently won the MegaMillions Lottery, and is looking for a home in Paradise Valley, AZ in the $5M-$6M range. If he calls you, don't walk, RUN!
