Please tell any of your concerned BUYERS that the Tax Credit deadline has been extended. Nearly 18,000 Californians and almost 200,000 buyers nationwide were hanging on this decision. After a close brush with the deadline, Congress has passed an extension of the Homebuyer Tax Credit closing deadline, the Homebuyer Assistance and Improvement Act (H.R. 5623).
