Happy Chinese New Year from Katy TX. Happy and Healthy Chinese New Year to everyone and this is the year of Rooster. Folks born in the Year of the Rooster are very trustworthy. They work very well on a schedule and are excellent workers/employees. These folks are said to be active, resourceful, observant, talented and courageous. These are all excellent traits. Almost Speechless Sunday - Grand Lakes Katy, TX Photowalking This morning I took some shots from new positions in Grand Lakes Katy TX while I was walking our little dog. She loves to go what we call as “puppy walks”. Grand Lakes has affordable family homes along with luxury family homes priced at higher than $750,000 on lots sized around one half acre and virtually all having pools in the back yard. Market Report: South Katy West of Highway 99 - Affordable Family Homes My primary market is South Katy or MLS area 36. Of course I also am interested in MLS 25 or North Katy; MLS area 37 Fort Bend West; MLS 29 Fort Bend-Sugar Land and Stafford; MLS 30 North Western Section plus a few others in Cypress TX.
I am using for this post $300,000 and below as my definition of affordable family homes with the market area of South Katy or MLS 36 and homes located west of Highway 99. I will do separate market post on East of Highway … (12 comments)
