Seven Meadows Katy Texas Fall Festival Seven Meadows is a Master Planned Community in Katy Texas developed by Newland Communities. I wrote a previous blog title Seven Meadows Katy TX Real Estate focus neighborhood for June 29, 2012 and can be read by clicking on that title. Seven Meadows is located just west of Highway 99 and Fry road and take a left at Seven Meadows Parkway just past the HEB grocery store to get there.
