It is the time of year to think about the end of Daylight Savings Time (DST) and setting your clocks, watches and timepieces back one hour. I think this is without question a DUH moment but I find too many home sellers in Katy and surrounding area who allow little or no flexibility for allowing buyers to view their homes. Use your own God given common sense, a buyer will not make an offer if they do get the opportunity to view your home. I suspect some of the problem can be traced back to the use of Real Estate Discounters who do little if anything and provide minimal instructions to help sell a client's home.

Browser Hijacker Program at Work Again in Katy TX
Once again I had my old HP laptop get hit with Browser Hijacker program(s) here in Katy TX. I am not sure where this stuff is coming from but there it was raising its ugly head for several weeks. I tolerated it but I keep getting sent to other web sites when I was working in Active Rain. I use Norton and Malwarebytes for virus and malware protection. This certainly did not stop the latest group from almost making my HP unuseable. I can easily say this stuff gets old very fast.

Approximately mid-September 2013 I started working out on a regular basis at Life Time Fitness in Katy. Back then I was not in good shape and I weighed a lot more than I do now. I had to roll off the weight bench to the floor when I did any exercise on the bench using free weights while lying down. This was absolutely embarrassing but I did not quit. Today is is sunny with much lower humidity at 36 % and temperatures around 80 degrees. It is fabulous to be outside here in Katy TX. We have all waited for several months for it to cool off and we woke up today to a beautiful cool day for us.
