eagle: Expired Listings - 08/30/08 08:18 AM
Does anybody out there have a good expired listing letter you use that gets great results? I've tried different ones with no success. I know these people want to sell their homes. I of course would like to try to sell it for them. I have heard different stories from many people of what works. If you could help at all that would be great! Maybe someday I could help you out too!
Also with expired listings, how many of those did actually sell? I'm curious. Thanks for your help.

eagle: What is a good website to get to generate leads? - 07/31/08 02:53 PM
I have tried Craig Proctor websites for over a year. They are pretty good but very expensive. I am looking for a different website for realtors. Does anybody have websites that they really like? Could you pass me there website address. I really want something that is simple but behind the scenes is a contact generating animal! Could you also add what the costs are for set up and the monthly fees. Thanks for your input.

eagle: What do you think about the new housing bill that the president signed? - 07/31/08 02:05 PM
From what I've seen so far, looks like it is really going to hurt my business. I work with first time buyers and this is how most of my clients purchase their first home. I do see that the 1st time home buyers are getting a tax credit at the end of the year. I am hoping this will help in my market not hurt it more than it is. But taking away the down payment assistance program is in my opinion, not good. And it looks like they raised the minimum down from 3 to 3.5%.
