vacant home staging: Staging a Small, Small House

Classic Design had the privledge of working with a great realtor who was showing a vacant home in Knoxville and who knew the value of staging first. The budget was tight and the house was small so we indeed had a challenge to create a space that was inviting without making it appear cluttered or confining. The entire living/dining area was only 12X25. I think the result was great and best of all so did the client. See what you think.
