I have been using Growth Leader now for a short while. Early on, I met two leads that came directly from the advertising and marketing of Growth Leader. We talked through the email on the Vision web site for a while, and then we planed to meet. We looked at 8 homes on our first visit. One of them was special. A couple weeks later, we had our second shopping trip. We visited the special home last. Today, we had the final walk through, and the closing of this home. I am not a paying member of Growth Leader. I am in the test program. So I can be patient. Will from Market Leader tells me that this is a long term process and Patience is the key. It is like your farming area. You need to cultivate the soil before the crops reap the rewards. Alot the same here on Growth Leader. I am getting leads every day. Today, I got four. The Growth Leader program from Market Leader is very exciting. Almost every day, I get an email notice on my Blackberry, telling me I have a new lead. When there is a phone number, I call them immediately. I am finding this is when they are still on my web site searching for homes. I have actually made concact with some that are very impressed that I knew so quickly and responded to their needs and requests for information. This week there were four days with no leads at all. I have taken the training on line with Shannon. The paperwork has been sent to the Trend MLS, and as soon as they approve, I will be off and running.
