It' s a great time to buy a home in Nueces County. This reflects the current market trends compared to the same time period as last year. The months of inventory is slightly up over November 2015. The number of active listings is up a little over 21% over the same time period of last year. Single family home sales are down by 5.2% over the same time period as the prior year.
