The January issue of Realtor magazine includes the latest data on the value of undertaking various home remodeling projects. Data is also available at www.costvsvalue.com. The article points out that the cost recouped over the past year was lower overall due to lower home values. I just emailed this information to my client list because I have several who are anticipating a move and are in the process of preparing their homes for sale. … (2 comments)
