brevard county mls: What are present day home buyers looking for?

Brevard county homes for sale are on the rise here in our local market. And home sales have also increased a bit over the previousmonth. This is good news for Brevard home buyers and sellers. In our real estate market, over half of the home sales are distressed properties(Brevard County foreclosures (bank owned) and short sales) and the other half of the sales are homes by home owners who just want or need to sell their home and are, for the most part, not upside down on their mortgage...yet.
