Word is that a new pre-fab housing manufacter is going to be setting up shop in Reserve, LA. This is good news to us because Choice Title has an office in neighboring LaPlace, LA. Housing International Gulf Coast Inc. will be the first unionized housing manufacter in Louisiana. They are partners with AFL-CIO Investment Trust Corp. and Telesis Corp. They recieved 4 million dollars in federal New Markets Tax Credits which are issued to investors who buy into companies certified to do business in low income communities and is intended to offer jobs and more income to those communities.Going full speed … (0 comments)
