In investing, your financial advisor will tell you the best time to buy stocks is when they are down in price. Just like buying and selling stock, when the market is up, prices are up, when the market is down, prices are down. If you are selling and buying, it's pretty much a wash going from one to another. Wouldn't homes be the same? If you're buying your first time, now is a GREAT time to buy.
