It has been another big month for buyers in Cape Coral, Florida. The deals are unbelievable! The focus is starting to shift from the entry level homes to the larger waterfront pool homes! In our office the client rooms have been filled daily with buyers from all over! We recently have been receiving a large number of inquiries from German and British buyers!! I spoke to an agent today who has been in the business in Southwest Florida for five years. I asked her," How is business?"
