Today we woke up to a gentle rain and humidity...very unlikely in Southern California during July of ANY year! Before long, the winds changed and the humidity was gone. For a brief time, it reminded me of my days in Florida. So, I set off to hold Open House at 46 Brownsbury Road in Laguna Niguel.
Clear skies and a gentle west wind created a fantastic day and turnout was great! We had 11 parties through the home, 2 agent showings and 2 neighbors attended between 12:30 and 4:30 then another agent showing at 5PM. The owners are excited about … (3 comments)
