I thought I would cry when I drove past the first house I ever built. I never lived in it. It was always a spec house from the beginning. It is a beautiful 5 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath...CONTEMPORARY! It now has another broker's sign in front of it. It's for sale. I built this property in the 90's and I can't remember the broker who sold it. I think it might be the same broker. But really...he listed it as a Colonial. Now if you know the difference between the two styles it is pretty much night and day. And once … (5 comments)
