property management: Getting Ready for those Buyers

I just went over and swept the Garage on my listing. Had to fill the pool, not sure about why since the pool company is getting paid for that. With the property being vacant I went ahead and flushed the water closets, ran the Lavatory Fcts to keep the traps full. Seems to be alot of maintenance associated with listings these days. Having extended days on market makes me feel like the home needs a little attention for the Buyers to enjoy it.
