Baybrook Boost Downpayment Assistance Program
The Baybrook Boost is a partnership between the Greater Baybrook Alliance and Neighborhood Housing Services to help people become homeowners in the 21225 and 21226 zip codes - Brooklyn and Curtis Bay. This program offers a no interest no payment loan of between $10,000 and $20,500 to qualifying purchasers to help with downpayment and closing costs to purchase a home in this area.
Buyers will have to earn a homeownership counseling certificate. Which means taking a homeownership class from a HUD-accredited agency.
You have to live in the home as your primary residence.
