I just had to share something that happened today. It makes all the hard work we do and the hard closings all worth it when an easy one comes around. I was thinking about the sweat and pain I went through with this first property I purchased. Let me tell you this, real estate investing is not for the faint of heart or for anyone who feels it is automatic the first few years. From my experience, it’s not!
