Last year our "Official ActiveRain" blog asked us to post our Predictions for 2008 and you can find the post here: Looking for Nostradamus . For those of you who are unclear who Nostradamus was; he was a seer who first published his predictions in 1555. Lenn Harley is my hero of HARD CORE REAL ESTATE talk. She has also helped me in countless other ways.....too many to mention. Shhh...okay, Lenn. She has worked diligently to bring all of us the experience, intuitive knowledge with her every day thoughts and wisdom of the Real Estate Industry with her profound written words.
