All across the country, millions of school children are preparing for their annual spring break over the next few weeks. Unfortunately many of them are not enjoying their much needed vacation at the beach. UPDATE**This home was listed last Thursday, and as of yesterday it is UNDER CONTRACT! That is 6 days on the market, and we had TWO offers.
