We're lucky enough to have a dog beach here in Bonita Springs, Florida.  This is my fearless sidekick, Dill.  Fearless because when he gets to this beach he immediately looks for the Great Danes and runs with that pack of pony sized canines.  If only he would let me borrow his mirror one day.

Estero Community Park and Recreation Center is the largest within the Lee County Parks and Recreation system.  The community center is located in Estero Florida on Corkscrew Road, midway between US 41 and Three Oaks Parkway. 
The Estero Community Park encompasses 55 acres and houses2 bocce courts, 12 horseshoe pits, 3 sand volleyball courts, shelters of varying sizes, a children's play area, 4 lakes, a 5K cross country course, a tortoise preserve, an outdoor amphitheater along with a 40,000 sq/ft. recreation center and an off leash dog park.

Looking for a great beach where you'll be able to take your BEST FRIEND in the whole world?  Dog Beach in Bonita Springs is one of the only "pets permitted" public beaches. 
Also known as "Lee County Off-Leash Dog Area."  It is located north of Bonita Beach Road where it curves north and becomes Hickory Blvd.  It is physically located just north of the New Pass bridge and just before Carl Johnson boat ramp and Lover's Key state park.. It's only a few miles south of Fort Myers Beach.
